The staff are alway smiling and give you a lovely greeting when you enter the store. They don't mind helping out by carrying my dry dog food bag out to the car for me, as I have a sore back. Always helpful and knowledgeable.
The store is well stocked and the staff were able to answer all our adoption questions, even contacting the supplier of the animals for further information. Very friendly team. I highly recommend this Petbarn for any animals needs and adoptions.

Apparently petbarn is owned by Green cross vet. After I wrote the negative review for Greencross vet. The manager stopped replying to my messages. Didnt return my phone calls. Promised to tell us when Dr B Barfs product was coming in. The product come and went and she still told us she hadn't received it. My husband had bought some. Her solution was for me to buy the product elsewhere . Then yesterday we were in the shop. A Male served us. He said. How are you guys. I'm an older female with 5 kids.. I know I'm not a guy. When I told him I found this offensive. He repeated it. By saying bye guys. I taught my kids to respect their elders.
Went in not long ago to get a male mollie fish, saw 2 lots then asked a young girl unpacking stuff if the males are separated and she said no, then I asked for a white male which she replied sorry I can’t tell, I asked if anyone can tell and she stated the only person who would know is not here. I left and was very disappointed. Usually good customer service today NOT!
Ive brought my Border Collie here since he was a puppy and it is his favourite place in the whole world. If we drive past he will sook until i take him in.
A great place to take your fur-kids shopping, the staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Max and Oscar very much enjoyed their last shopping experience
Building is always clean and tidy with plenty of parking. Staff are polite, professional and always willing to assist with heavy items and answer questions. Wide range of food and products. Wide range of treats for dogs and toys for all.
Great pet shop, outstanding service and a very good range of food, treats and products. Toys are pricey but are also high quality and long lasting. All in all an outstanding place for advice and pet products
Great store and very friendly staff. One of the better stores in the chain. Seems to have no shortage of stock and even has some items not at other stores particularly for picket pets.
