Looked after my little monster while we were away on our honeymoon and she didnt bat an eye when she went in. Great staff and they truly care about the animal. My little one is a bit picky with food they even adjusted to suit her needs. Can't recommend enough. Thanks guys
We've been taking our pup to Durack for the last four years on and off and have never had any issues. Our dog is happy to go and comes home tired, but happy and healthy. The staff are responsive and understand pets are family. We would recommend their services to other pet owners.
My boys have had 18 visits and 6 haircuts at Durack Pet Motel since their first stay in April 2011. As soon as we pull up the dogs just can't wait to get out of the car. They ALWAYS greet the staff with wagging tails and happy little barks. They always come home just as a happy as they were when they were dropped off. From our experience I can highly recommend this kennel - it is definitely the best kennel we have ever used!!
We take both our dog and two cats here for boarding. Cats are obviously hard to please when you take them from the home, but they seem to be cared for very well and are perfectly fine when we return them home. Our dog always seems to have the time of his life there. He gets really excited when we drop him off and is usually completely exhausted when we get him home so he must be having lots of fun. The staff are very friendly, easy to make bookings and the facilities are great.
Our dog "Princess Bella" has been a regular at Durack Pet Motel since she was a puppy she'll be 9 this year,when we take her there she gets excited as soon as we drive into the gates, the staff are just so friendly and treat her as one of the family, she never comes home sick, and is always bathed and groomed and looking lovely when we pick her up. The grounds and kennels are spotless. Its a good feeling knowing our puppy is happy, loved and being well looked after while we are away. We highly recommend you take your pet here for their own little holiday.
The staff are always extremely professional and very friendly. We drive an hour to use their kennels because their service is outstanding and our Great Dane loves it so much he often sulks when he comes home! Would highly recommend them to anyone. Their attention to detail is beyond reproach. Our boy is a rescue and was beaten and almost starved to death as a tiny pup and has anxiety issues around new people and places, but we almost have to put a bible on him to restrain him from running in. He always comes home freshly bathed and loves the extra play and attention he gets there - all at no extra cost.
Could not recommend the Durack Pet motel more highly! Our dog always comes back looking happier and healthier than ever, and we know he enjoys his holidays here. The owners are so lovely, and treat him like their own. Will be loyal customers for as long as we have dogs.
Our two labradoodles have stayed here many times and I leave confident that they will be well cared for in our absence. The staff and very friendly and even recognise them now which makes me feel reassured that they will have a good doggy holiday. A bath at the end of their stay is great - it is so nice to bring home lovely clean dogs! I have no hesitation in recommending Durack Pet Motel to look after your pets.
Our dog Bailey has always had a fantastic stay at Durack Pet Motel. She comes home with bright eyes and a smile on her face. I can't image how the staff could do a better job! Thanks for taking such good care of our babies
Great kennels our dog always looks forward to his stay and greets the staff affectionately. When we pick him up he is always in the best of health and of a happy disposition. Thankyou for your care of our pet.
