Very bad wet area maintenance. The men’s shower area is third world and has been for the past ten years. The spas are out of action more than they are in service and management think it’s ok to treat their customers like this given few other gyms with pools in the area. This is how they roll!
One of my favourite Gyms!nnWhere I do my swimming pool training. ‍nSauna is great. Just the Steam rooms could be hotter.‍nOverall is a great experience.nThank you FF Willoughby.
I started training with Beau in February and it's been a great experience. He's professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to structure sessions that deliver real results. Beau also puts a lot of effort into keeping things interesting by introducing new machines and techniques. I'm learning a lot and seeing great progress. Highly recommend reaching out to him.nKarl. W
Very spacious gym with pool and reform Pilates. Not busy when I went during the day on a weekday. Only thing is the top gym floor seems to have no aircon so in the middle of the day sun it was like a hot roomnGood sized car park too
My personal trainer Beau was such a delight.nHe took the time to totally create a routine perfect for my needs. He was knowledgeable and professional. I am already feeling stronger and healthier from my choice to join the gym.nnChris on the staff team was a total champ organizing gym passes for my friends to come check and work out with me. It’s got a pool. It’s got a sauna. It’s got two spas. Sparkling staff and personal trainers. What else could you want ?n10 stars every body.
