I joined the gum specifically to use the pool and chose an 18 month contract without being told that the pool would be fully used on the times I needed to use it. On the most recent occasion an aqua class of just 13 people used took all 3 lanes and the side pool, and to my surprise pulled out all the lane ropes while I was swimming and in the process catching me in the lanes. The instructor thought that was completely Ok and kept chatting as I had to untangle myself

Very spacious gym with pool and reform Pilates. Not busy when I went during the day on a weekday. Only thing is the top gym floor seems to have no aircon so in the middle of the day sun it was like a hot roomnGood sized car park too

Good gym with lots of equipment! Complete with everything you need.nCould use some tidying up a bit and the rules about accessing the after hours weren't too clear upon sign up from another gym. I had to email them regarding my access. But thankfully Geoff fixed my access within that week.nOverall good experience and gym that would go again! Even more if it's more accessible via public transport :

I’ve been training at Fitness First Willoughby for a few years now and absolutely love the gym and its location. Recently, I had an ongoing issue with my membership, and Connor went above and beyond to help me sort it out. I’ve never received this level of service from anyone at Fitness First before. Connor followed up with phone calls, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure the whole process was as smooth as possible. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue.nnSide note the bathrooms could use a bit of improvement when it comes to cleanliness. I know it’s a busy gym, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Recently maybe 2 months started at FF Willoughby Platinum.nnTowels have been freely given since then you'd probably expect, given the cost.nAlso online, FF has said complimentary towel service was included in most gyms.nnToday started getting charged a massive $3.50 per towel use. No warning, just a change.nGiven the FF website info, this just means a greedy franchise owner.nnGyms like FF usually have difficult things like inflexible contract terms and ridiculous notice periods - but this is just a little bit unreasonable, especially for people who only recently entered into an agreement.nnGuys - reverse this stupid change. What a shitty thing to do.
