Really good gym has been coming here for a year now, The facilities are great and equipment clean. Staff are always friendly and willing to help.

So many things out of order! Maintenance slipping! Mosquitos in the showers! Not good enough!

I don't even want to give one star. I'm a high school student. And I was wanna do the free membership for holidays. I've handed in the form and called them to make appointment.

When I hand in the form. They told me store manager wasnt there. they took my form and said everything is OK. But later on when I call them they just said couldn't find my form???? But that guy still wrote my name down and ask me to come on Monday to do the induction. 

But when I get there, they just said I wasnt on the list. Couldn't believe how they do their job. I've spend half an hour to come here just want to train wit my friends. Couldnt believe they just tell me to leave??????

Actually feeling frustrated. U you guys call this platinum club???? Lol

I've been to the on in chatswood. Those guys did their job so much better than y'all. 👎👎👎

Great club.  Good service, spacious exercise area with a variety of weights and machines.
