I have visited a couple of other Fitness First gyms around Sydney and this branch feels a bit unwelcoming. Firstly, some of the front desk staff, looked like they can't be bothered dealing with people. I have dealt with a lady staff, who was really quick to point out that I needed an extra ID for my passport fitness. This is fair enough although what I didn't like was what she told me after by saying, "you are required to fill out another form...". I didn't even know about that and wasn't even notified about any changes and what affected me the most is HOW IT was said. Her approach was so rude. Good thing one of the guys was more nice enough to explain and apologized in behalf of the rude staff. I've seen some of the comments here and I agree that the bad attitude has to seriously go! Most of the class instructors are great so that's the reason why I go back. But for a Platinum status, it should have the best customer service, not to mention better layout, cleaner space, and properly working audio equipment in the class areas.

My favourite gym so far with swimming pool and friendly trainer. I have trained with my PT Damien for a year and I was overwhelmed. Damien is always ready to help and being positive. Transportation here is good, close to train and bus stop, the only down Size is the free parking is only for 2 hours. A bit disappointed that there are no equipment upgrades for the new year.

Very good gym, nice staff and overall very friendly atmosphere. The gym equipment is also really good. The only reason for not giving this gym 5 stars is because of the overall costs of the gym (could be cheaper). But highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Very small gym for a Platinum, can't compare to WIlloughby FF. 
The pool is spacious and actually has a deep end. The place is good for swimming, not for general work out, as the gym floor is too humid.

Beware of thief. My clothes disappeared while i was in shower, it was only on bench 1 metre away from my 5 min shower. People will try to steal whatever in a very short time. 
Staff is not customer service people, but can do office work and answer questions with relevant answers just not the right attitude, you would only ask question if you really really have to. 
Equipment is good, space is fine. just thief and staff who handled my report who responses in technically "yeah whatever" manner made bad impression.
