Have been training here for years and it has help me tremendously on my fitness amd health. I was a non workout person and now working out is part of my daily life. I even competed in powerlifting competitions.

Have been training at this boutique gym in Chatswood CBD with a PT who's a real strength training professional. It's the first time in my life where it actually made a difference and I'm pleased with the results so far. My back was sore for years but is now so strong that it no longer hurts at all.
