If you’re looking for a gym that is also a sauna, this is the gym for you! There is no sign of air conditioning installed at this gym. It’s always boiling hot. The water fountain produces nice and warm tap water to help hydrate you from sweating so much. If you manage to not pass out during your workout, you might be lucky enough to find an open change room. If not the one where the floor is always soaking wet, then one of the 3 mini change rooms which is about half a meter wide with the floor usually covered in toilet paper or sand and where other members generously leave their metal coat hangers scattered all over just in case you want to use them. The entrance is also very appealing as it seems junkies party there overnight, leaving their bottles of alcohol & other accessories on the stairs for you to enjoy in the morning.

It's rare to find such a nice open space to work out in Sydney. The staff is extremely friendly, they assist me to the equipment at my comfortable pace. I love the community, the coaches and the programming.
