It's a really well equipped gym close in to the CBD, especially handy if you live in the Potts Point/Kings Cross/Darlinghurst area. There are a lot of very serious body building and fitness people who work out here, which can be good for motivation. Very friendly staff too. Recently had new equipment installed and it's all well maintained and there's machines here I've never seen at any other gym, it certainly has a bigger range of equipment than other gym in the area. Some renovations going on in the change rooms currently, which is disruptive but should be done soon.

Stafd is super friendly. Multiple workout areas. Classes included. Perfect for travelers too. I wish I had this gym back home.

It is a good gym but the opening and closing HOURS ARE now AWKWARD. A lot of people originally signed up because of the gym's ADVERTISED and PUBLICISED convenient hours. YOU HAVE now REDUCED ALL THE OPENING HOURS over a couple of years WITHOUT informing customers. It is NOT GOOD Behaviour. At least UP-DATE this GOOGLE page with the CURRENT HOURS instead of a photocopy sign you can only see once inside??? Regards Rob
