Amazing trainer, never felt more fit and in Control of my body and fitness. The group is friendly, all different age groups and everyone works at their own pace/abilities. I look forward to going to every session!

Absolutely fantastic trainer, you will get get the results you want plus it's within a lovely friendly group. I've trained on and off with Fit4U for over 9 years now!! Highly recommended!!

Loved the group as they are very supportive but didn't find the training worth the money and the instructor is average.

Great trainer and friendly group to work out with.
