One of the best I've had the pleasure of using. Has a lot every day equipment that has been doubled up on so you don't have waiting times. Really good layout as well that separates the areas into equipment types. The functionality room and open floor on the upstairs is excellent for body weight calisthenics mixed with function weigh.

The Staff at Winston Hills Anytime Fitness Do not care about anything or anyone ... only about the money. They gave me approval of membership termination 4 times in a row and then don’t seem to apologise when they had realised they actually can’t and go ahead with it anymore and then decided to just go back on their written word!. I was treated with the least disrespect or care! The facility itself is lovely and of good standard however the staff member ( who I believe to be the manager) MEL isn’t at all respectful.

One of the better Anytime gyms in the area: great range of equipment; large well used space; maintained excellently and air conditioned properly (a must in this season). Looking forward to being a regular when I move to the area.

I have been a member of Anytime fitness for almost 3 years now paying $67/month consistently. I have recently had a very unpleasant interaction with the staff at Winston hill and i would like to bring this to the attention of the management. I train regularly at Chatswood anytime fitness during the weekdays and attend the Winston hill anytime fitness in the weekend. There are times where i don't have my pass key with me and as such i get the staff to sign me in using my license. During Sundays there are no staff present at the Winston hill Gym. I was told by the staff that as long as i provide a call or a email informing of my attendance (during the times i enter without a pass) within 24 hours, that it would not be a problem. However today when i called to inform of my attendance yesterday i was was spoken very rudely by the Customer service by the name of SAM. She said that i inconvenienced her even though i called within 24 hours. I also spoke to MEL who said that it is up to each staff to provide discretion as to when you can notify the gym and whether it's OK. I told her that it was the same CSR who confirmed that i am able to come to gym and notify within 24 hours. After being a loyal member of Anytime for 3 years i feel i have been talked to disrespectfully and treated as a criminal that has done something wrong. I PAY MY MONTHLY FEE without any issues and have done so for 3 years. Now i must admit that i am considering cancelling my GYM Membership with Anytime fitness due to the rudeness of the staff.
