Hall & Partners First National - Mulgrave - Irene Athanasiadis If you want to ruin your weekend and end it up with a huge disappointment! Here you are, Irene Athanasiadis is a rude and arrogant lady. She did not allow us to inspect two properties, which are on sale, only because we did not have an ID with our address (we provided a couple of different documents with photo, but not with address). First time she told that the owners conditions (for first property), second time she told that the agency's policy (for the second property, 3/33 Ellendale Road, Noble Park, Vic 3174), but there is nothing in the ad about it, neither she was able to give an explanation where to read these policy. She has just wasted our time to travel to the property. Maybe it was a sign to not deal with such a rude person. Since when in Australia do we need to have an ID with address? We don't need to have an Australian driver licence here to live (which is only the document with address, I believe) as a must have document. She does not know anything about politeness and a nice communication.
