I used to be a student but dropped out in 8th grade due to ostracism, discrimination, lack of support, and bullying. Because of the trauma, I stopped attending school or going outside for more than 2 years. Still to this day, hearing and seeing anything related to this place triggers my physiology into a spiral of adrenaline. It’s hypocritical posting this review, but I truly cannot stand the injustice and pain I faced back then; I deserve a voice and I hope by posting this, I can move on and help illustrate how their system failed to support a struggling student.nnFirst of all, let me paint a picture of what kind of student I was back then: socially anxious, a highly neurotic loner with zero friends or acquaintances, the student who would sit by themselves alone everywhere, the student who was the perfect prey for individuals to pick on to inflate their egos. I wasn’t free from staff and teachers either: they seemed to have a bias and would ostracise, go out of their way to ignore me, and gossip behind my back.nnWhen I started skipping school entirely and became a shut-in, they accused me of being lazy and continued their plethora of threats. They tried gaslighting me and invalidating my mental issues. Those years were the worst and I felt truly robbed; my social skills degraded and I developed severe anxiety and couldn’t go outside. I am now behind in academics and year levels, and have to face shame and inferiority.
End of year results and uniform is the focus, well-being and individual kids needs are not met
The damage done to my daughter's mental health is unforgivable. It's definitely not worth the money.
Wonderful school, really happy with the support and the personal growth opportunities the College has provided for my boys. They have both excel under the leadership of their teachers. Students are encourage to have a voice at the school. I currently have a Yr12 student preparing for exam and all the teachers have been caring, supportive and understanding the stress he is going through during this crazy times. If anyone wants your child to have a voice at school, i would recommend you to consider Nazareth.
Nice school teachers are very caring and students have very good manners.
