Six years ago I sold my house through this exact agency. In the last two years I returned as a renter and thought I would get the same satisfactory service as previously. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Hands down the worst experience! I had three property managers in two years, the most recent manager was a very young girl by the name of April, who was on a major power trip, she treated me unfairly and had unrealistic expectations of when I decided to vacate the property. I left the place spotless in comparison to the horrific state it was rented to me, and she still found something to pick on to scam some bond money. Overall a very stressful, drawn out and negative experience.

Meaghan helped me all through the tenancy till the bond back process. There were few issues during the vacant cleaning, but through communication and recalculation of rent payments, it was resolved.
