Lynda Henley is absolutely amazing! Lynda is prompt, easy going and so helpful throughout the buying process. My husband and I just purchased our first own through Lynda and you could not find a better agent. Lynda met us at the property multiple times so that we could show family and take measurements etc, she met with the builder for building and pest rather than just signing out keys and was available and happy to help with everything we needed throughout the whole process. Well done and thank you Lynda for everything. Would highly recommend selling through Lynda and of course, if your a buyer, you are in great hands as well! 5 star!

I have worked with Lynda buying & selling and had 100% satisfaction. Lynda is the most genuine Real Estate agent I have come across. Communication is very important at these times & Lynda is with you every step of the way. She is very fair to both parties & does her best to make everyone happy with their purchase/sale. Lynda would be the only agent I would recommend & wish her all the best in her future & thank you very much for all of your help.

This review is for overall service at First National, Cairns South, which has been very good; the team there has looked after our rental property for nearly ten years, and I have always found them prompt, sincere and helpful. Over the course of that time there was the odd hiccup with maintenance (thus four stars - would have given 4.5 if I could) but I honestly think you would get that with any agent over a decade! They maintained our property well, which was reassuring because we live interstate. Lynda, Jeannie and the team are easy-going, transparent and have genuine care for people. Our recent experience with Lynda selling the property has also been very good. Thank you so much to everyone there. We would definietly recommend them and we would use their services again without doubt.

Property safety inspections not done- remember renters-@$350 a week is $17,000 a year,is nearly a housing deposit..

The real estate in question has no professionalism what so ever.
 I had a BIG mould problem with my air con, kitchen cupboard, walls etc You couldn't place anything in the cupboard as what ever you had in there stunk of mould. I took out some glasses that I had in a small box & showed the property manager on one of her visits. All you could see was the mould growing on them. I've had to throw out furniture, clothes, books & craft work. Thousands of dollars worth because of this issue.
We were told to just CLEAN with bleach. Well we all know that bleach doesn't KILL mould, it just whitens it.
 It wasn't until 2016 after constantly complaining & handing the real estate a breach that they actually sent someone out.
 They shouldn't have bothered. Like all the other come back tradies they would send out to fix numerous jobs.
 They sent out this tradie to clean air con.
 Well he reluctantly took box air con out of wall & then just hosed it out. Honestly is that how you get rid of mould?
 He then put air con back in wall. Seriously like I said , why bother sending out anyone if they are not going to do the job PROPERLY.
 Well then there was more numerous emails back & forth from real estate.
 After much complaining they had the owner also have a look. He wasn't any better. As far as he was concerned the air con had been cleaned & he definitely wasn't going to replace it. Conversations got a bit heated between the owner & I. I told him that I wanted to be re-imbursed for my medical expenses & my personal loss & that the problem had not been rectified. 
 The next day in our letter box was the letter that our lease would not be extended for another year.
 As is we were going to stay there any longer.
 It wasn't only my granny flat that was affected it's also the main house.
 My youngest granddaughter was also suffering with severe eczema & the older ones often had constant respiratory problems.
 I should've taken this matter further. I have medical evidence & photos of all the mould.
 Since moving out in Nov 2016 the owner has now put the house up for sale & has had it painted ..
 Great cover up again I suppose.
 Just wanting people to know how shoddy they are.
