Ignore Fatemehs review that is obviously a personal fault trying to shift blame! This is a great gym and you feel very comfortable with women of all ages and sizes, I’m so grateful to have found this place. My only gripe would be please ensure new members are told to come in early, holidays were a little annoying as they would come in too late and delay the class
I’ve enjoyed the classes here and have been a member for over a year, so it’s disappointing to leave on this note.nIn late 2025 I called to cancel my membership for December as I was busy with work and going on holidays. I was advised to cancel rather than put the membership on hold, and to start a new FIT30 membership in the new year. I was told the cancellation would be processed and that there was nothing further I needed to do. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and I was still billed for December, which I only discovered later.nMichelle is a good owner and the classes are great, but the way this was handled caused unnecessary frustration and broke my trust. I hope the gym can improve how cancellations and customer communication are managed going forward.
Really lovely gym with a great variety of classes and excellent facilities.nThe recent bathroom renovations have elevated the overall feel, making it even more inviting. The staff are always friendly and supportive, and it genuinely feels like a safe, comfortable space to work out and unwind.
Today I had my Pilates class.nI did my best to leave work half an hour early, but unfortunately, there was heavy traffic.nI arrived late, and by the time I changed my clothes, I was about ten minutes late.nThe Pilates instructor, San Tih, who is an arrogant woman, rudely kicked me out of the class and didn't even let me explain that there was traffic.nWhat's even more surprising is that the manager, despite seeing how upset and angry I was, took the instructor's side.nI've been doing Pilates for over a year, and this is the first time I've seen such unprofessional behavior.nAfter so many years, I was really angry today and even started raising my voice there.nHonestly, I don't feel like ever going back there again, but I have no choice.
