Would highly recommend F45 Burwood to  everyone who is caring about their health and well being. The staff are supportive and friendly and advise you the right movements during workout. The atmosphere is great and and you feel "absolutely great" especially when the workout finishes. "It would be great, IF stretches exercises to be done after completion of each work out ". in general  "HIGHLY RECOMMEND".

I have just started my training at F45 Burwood . The team there is very supportive , especially for those who are not familiar with this "gym" model. I would recommend .  The only "negative" thing is the parking in the region as there are just few places you can park and those are ticket areas from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM

❤️ This gym!  Have been going regularly for months now and am almost back in my skinny jeans!  Love the staff. Past reviewer mentioned someone was intimidating...maybe the enthusiasm was misinterpreted. The owner George, is super friendly and looks after his clients.

I've tried F45 before and enjoyed it. The younger staff at this location were really great. The older man who worked there older was intimidating, uninviting and condescending.  I would try again but at a different location.
