This brand new gym is good. The old premise use to be a one bigggggg place and is just a ground storey. The new premise do has the big carpet area but is distributed into 3 storeys. Still, a good place for fitness enthusiasts.
Best of all in the area because classes don't prevent me from using required equipment, it is clean, equipment is well maintained as well as ample; and staff are professional. Other Parramatta gyms are packed with classes that reserve equipment and space--you have to be flexible with your training which is not an option. Only issue is kids need to be 14+ with ID so group workouts are done at other gyms.
Great gym - exactly what you need in a gym and not much else. The price is cheaper than most gyms in the area and they offer alot of $0 joining fee which makes it easy to join and to not pay as much. The weight selection is fantastic going up to about 260kg at the racks. Would recommend.
I came to check the gym out. The gym was massive, every thing looked good and clean. The only turn off was the staff refused to give me a tour and asked me to tour myself. I had to tour myself and mind you it’s a 3 level gym . Very unwelcoming. Other than that, the gym itself looked very packed but great.
Terrible customer service. Laziest and slowest staff. Even with two staff at the front desk they were unable to serve people efficiently and they'd just ignore customers. Always one staff hiding behind doing nothing. Large multistorey gym but extremely crowded. Not enough space between workout space and equipment. Glad I am a member of another gym. Not coming back to this gym.
We got unwanted experience at Crunch Parramatta, that we would like to join them, but bad services in this brunches and we changed mind and manager take cards memberships that we haven't go to the gym yet, as the manager said money will refund to the bank waiting for a couple days, but we've been received refund. It took for three weeks and two time visited them.We unhappy at all them services. We looking forward our money back as soon as possible. We hope that no more visit to ask about Refund again. If you want to join membership there check that suit for you. Bad experience ever.
I been going to this gym for past two years, the staff is extremely helpful Very clean gym,hygiene is their priority. Toilets washrooms are very clean Main thing the fee is reasonable and membership prices are best.
It's a great gym and in a central location but unlike the other crunch gyms no one knows how to put their weights away
Large open floors with plwnty of equipment for all to use. Its quiet on weekends and buay during the week.
Friendly and well equipped. Not your usual meat heads! However, wifi is not up to scratch and the sound from the TVs are not working. Small issues? Maybe. But I have dropped my score to 1 star. Most importantly I was surprised how inflexible they were them wanting to charge me while I was in lock down for 8 months. On a positive note, David is an excellent PT.
