Staff are friendly.nnHowever, I have noticed significant room for improvement in terms of hygiene and maintenance. The restroom facilities are often not well-maintained, with issues like poor cleanliness and clutter. While some of this may be attributed to users not cleaning up after themselves, it still detracts from the overall experience.nnParking is generally sufficient but tends to be crowded between 5-8 PM, leading to longer wait times for certain machines. During these peak hours, gym etiquette often declines, with issues such as benches being left at random cable machines, users reserving equipment with bags while using other machines simultaneously, and dumbbells and plates scattered on the floor. Over time, it seems this behavior has become accepted as normal during busy periods.nnAdditionally, grip handles frequently go missing, which can be frustrating. I recommend adding a trap bar, a longer tricep rope extension, a double D grip bar, and a wider lat pull-down bar. It might also be beneficial to provide a storage box for attachments or install hooks on the wall to encourage a tidier environment.nnPlease find the attached photos that illustrate some of these concerns. I believe that by addressing these issues, we can work together to create a cleaner and more comfortable gym environment for everyone.

The equipment is top-notch, and the overall design truly resonates with a sense of balance and strength.nnWhat also impressed me was the gym’s honesty and straightforwardness. A casual pass is $25, and there’s no free trial, but everything is transparently laid out on their website—no hidden fees, no pushy sales tactics. This level of integrity is refreshing.nnI’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this space to anyone in the area seeking a genuine and uplifting place to train.

Exceptional experience! The consistently clean equipment truly enhances the workout environment. The team’s warm demeanor and welcoming smiles make every visit enjoyable. I appreciate the considerate volume control of the videos and music, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, whether using headphones or not. It’s a refreshing change from the loud environments often found in other gyms. Keep up the great work!
**A Decline in Standards: Riley's Gym Even Hills Under New Management**nnOnce a well-regarded fitness center in the community, Riley’s Gym Even Hills has unfortunately become the subject of widespread frustration among its members. The gym, now under the ownership of Fadi, has seen a sharp decline in professionalism and service quality, driving many long-time members to seek fitness solutions elsewhere.nnOne of the most glaring issues is the unfriendly and disrespectful behavior of the staff. Members have reported consistently rude treatment, with complaints being brushed off and questions or concerns being met with indifference or hostility. The welcoming environment that once defined the gym has now been replaced with an atmosphere of frustration and dissatisfaction.nnAdding to this is the growing problem with the gym’s equipment. Machines that break down are left untreated for months, leaving members with fewer workout options and the feeling that their membership fees are going toward anything but maintaining the gym’s basic functionality. This neglect has been a significant point of contention, as members who pay for a full range of equipment find themselves unable to complete their usual routines.nnSince Fadi took over, there has been a noticeable number of long-time gym members leaving. Many founding members, along with numerous others, have decided to take their business elsewhere, citing both the poor treatment from staff and the lack of attention to the gym’s infrastructure. What was once a thriving gym has now become a source of frustration for those who have remained.
