We had a great and memorable experience at the Toyota Ferntree Gully branch! All the staff and finance team were so helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process. A special shoutout to Depan, our salesperson – he was knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about what he does, which made the whole experience even better. Georgia from the finance team was amazing – her positivity and encouragement gave me the confidence to go ahead with everything, and having the finance and insurance sorted on the spot was such a bonus.
