Was highly recommended by the Service Manager - Donna P to come in and speak to the friendly and efficient staff at Honda Ferntree Gully about purchasing the next Family Car and was not disappointed. Jim E was the sales consultant in whom made the whole process experience a positive one and the other staff, including Sales Manager - Andrew G, were very accommodating in understanding the requirements and the parameters I could work within. The staff at Ferntree Gully Honda are remarkable! Considering I am new to Melbourne, the delivered the car to me all the way in the city right to my door step. It was a fuss free and easy transaction and the entire purchase was complete in just 2 days! High Highly recommended! Special credits to: Brogan and Jim, really knowledgeable and made the purchase so smooth for us. Good one guys!
We went there a few weeks back to check out new Honda vehicles. We were served by William and he was extremely knowledgeable on every model on display. He was patient and listened to our needs. He did not rush us into making decision, but rather explained to us why the car he recommended suits our budget and needs. We negotiated the price and was happy about the final price given. Let alone the extras threw in to seal the deal. We were then assisted by Brogan, the finance specialist. Brogan spent time with us and sorted out our complex financial situation. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd recommend anyone to visit this dealership. Great thanks to William and Brogan!
Visited Saturday 13 June, stated what we were looking for. Plenty of options and choices but -did they have a white one, our first preference. Asked for BEST price which they gave - it beat our regional competitor by $1,200; so despite our intention of buying local, we ended up with the white car we wanted, when we wanted. The transaction was smooth and the service courteous. The induction was clear and helpful. Can recommend this franchise as competent and courteous all the way. Thanks for a happy experience.
I had a great experience when purchasing my new car from Ferntree Gully Holden. I immediately felt relaxed and not under any form of pressure. Manfred took me under his wing and spoke about my options. He had an easy going and friendly manner. Bom Bom! My chosen car was delivered on time and Andy went over all the basics with me encouraging me to ask any questions. Great people to deal with and a very stress free experience.
Compared to staff at other local car dealers, these guys are wonderful. Each one of them is unique in personality and as a team they are incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They really went above and beyond to customise the car to suit my needs. They even picked me up from home to come and collect the car when it was ready. Reliable, honest... could not be more impressed.
Firstly I would like to say that I just love the car I have just purchased. My experience with Ferntree Gully Honda has been fabulous. Manfred was wonderful and very helpful. I also dealt with Brogan and Andrew and I have nothing but praise for them as well. Also I would like to mention Kayla who answers the phone was great as well. The only complaint I have is there isn't enough stars as you all deserve ten.
I had a car accident which was very traumatic and as soon as we walked into FTG Honda we were greeted by Michael Galea who was very friendly and welcoming. Michael provided helpful, informative, honest and thorough service to us. The rest of the staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming to us. Brogan was lovely and very honest and helpful. Michael took the time to help us talk over the options and he was very understanding about losing my previous car in the accident. He also let us test drive 3 times, it was never a problem. We got an excellent deal on our beautiful new Honda HR-V and Michael explained every detail about the car. We have visited several dealers both this time and in the past, and we found the Honda team the most friendly and personal. There was never the "hard sell" or any other sales pressure tactics. Have been to many dealerships before. Reception staff was very friendly and easy to speak with. Bought a Civic with Andrew Gibbs must give him a two thumbs for excellence in customer service and extremely friendly. I don't live around this area but I do recommend Andrew as your best salesman.
Very appreciative of the awesome help and service from Michael Galea and Brogan. From first contact, inspection to car delivery, it was a great experience. All seamless and fuss free. My recommended dealer to go to for a Honda!
