Knox Ford has been a strong part of the Ferntree Gully community and has proudly serviced the needs of Ford customers since 1972, originally called Glen Ford located high on the hill of the Burwood Highway is known affectionately by many.

In 2008, the Dealership underwent a multi-million dollar refit which saw a new showroom and large display areas that allow customers to casually browse the great range of Ford Vehicles and used cars. It has been regarded by many as one of the best Ford Facilities in the Southern Hemisphere with a relaxed atmosphere, great amenities, the very best in technology to look after your vehicle and friendly, award-winning staff who are proud of their association with the Dealership and Ford Motor Company.

We stock over 150 New and 100 hand selected Used Vehicles covering small hatchbacks to Commercials and 4x4's. In addition we always have a large selection of low kilometre Company and ex Factory Demonstrators available with substantial savings off new pricing.

I recently took my Mustang to Knox Ford for a service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Joel, in particular, was exceptional throughout the entire process. I had a fantastic experience with the service manager Ripal and the servicing team at Knox Ford. I brought in my vehicle after experiencing some significant issues with the engine and the service I was provided by Ripal and the team was genuine, thorough, efficient and honest, and communication was timely. The team took great care of my vehicle and got everything in working order, whilst keeping me in the loop throughout this process. Very happy with the service and will definitely continue to have my vehicle seen by Knox Ford.
New car purchase from Ford Knox. I have to say, the experience was spot on. The team knows their stuff and isn’t pushy—just genuine car people who let the car do the talking. They had no problem handing me the keys for a proper test drive, which is something I really appreciate and allowed me to get a feel of the cars. The whole process was smooth, and they were upfront about everything. If you’re after a no-BS dealership that actually lets you experience the car before buying, Ford Knox is the place to go, 10/10 service.

From time of check in, my needs were met, updates received during the day including additional works needed for my approval before proceeding, consistent team members through the process and additional add on service by other team members as well going above and beyond.
