Story

Knox Ford has been a strong part of the Ferntree Gully community and has proudly serviced the needs of Ford customers since 1972, originally called Glen Ford located high on the hill of the Burwood Highway is known affectionately by many.

In 2008, the Dealership underwent a multi-million dollar refit which saw a new showroom and large display areas that allow customers to casually browse the great range of Ford Vehicles and used cars. It has been regarded by many as one of the best Ford Facilities in the Southern Hemisphere with a relaxed atmosphere, great amenities, the very best in technology to look after your vehicle and friendly, award-winning staff who are proud of their association with the Dealership and Ford Motor Company.

We stock over 150 New and 100 hand selected Used Vehicles covering small hatchbacks to Commercials and 4x4's. In addition we always have a large selection of low kilometre Company and ex Factory Demonstrators available with substantial savings off new pricing.

Couldn’t be happier with the attention and service received by Kim and her team at Knox Ford throughout the process of my new purchase ford transit custom. Have to give them 5 stars. Excellent service. Got a pretty, brand new loan car for the weekend because mine needed parts that wouldn't come until the Monday. More than satisfied with the service I received.

I can’t rave and thank Ford Knox enough for my experience in buying my Territory!! I put the bulk of this down to Taylah and not only her professionalism but her ability to communicate with a potential customer on a unique level that was in no way intimidating, forceful or scripted. Highly recommend you seek her out for any dealings you may have with Ford Knox! You’re an asset to any employer!! A special mention to Amy in finance for also being not only professional but treating you like a human being and not just another sale. And I can’t forget Georgia on reception! Thanks for being so kind regardless of how many times I had to call!

If you enjoy being treated like garbage, then the used car department of Knox Ford is the place to go! Went there to get a car.. long story short on the day of the pickup, I realised that it had a LARGE number of surface scratches/etc - asking for my deposit back I was told that I wasted their time and that was my plan all along.. somehow... because I love wasting my time... A few of the sales people were quite nice, but the guy in charge and the guy I dealt with made me feel horrible. Will never ever go back to this place again regardless of their prices
