Our aim is to make everyone feel welcome, educate them about the ins and outs of the car buying and aftercare process and give customers a little gift along with the delivery of their car.

And even if you’re not a customer we appreciate you too; just for being part of this great community we have at Ferntree Gully and surrounds.

My car does only 4000 kilometres a year and is kept in a garage. I expected that with the recently introduced fixed price servicing there would be no nasty surprises and servicing would be around $300. Last year I was told that it would be a "good idea" to have the fuel injectors serviced and that this was not covered. This resulted in a more than doubling of the expected bill. This year I was told that it would "be a good idea to have pollen filters and air con servicing because it could be dirty causing bacteria to enter the car and unhealthy to breathe". $80 for a pollen filter plus costs of the air con "treatment" once again took my bill from an expected $300ish to over $600. I like the fact that servicing includes a year of roadside assist which is worth around $100 if you were to buy from outside, but it is disappointing that the service has never come close to what I expect but always significantly more. Apart from excessive pricing on the many things that seem to NOT be covered under the fixed price servicing - but are recommended as you hand your keys over - the staff themselves seem competent. Car always left clean and drives well. If you say you want it ready by a certain time, it always is so that's a plus. Just make sure you budget for a lot more than what you expect come service time!!! And be sure to book in early. I tried to book in during Jan but couldn't get in till the end of Feb. I had the best customer service experience with Rob. He’s thorough, trustworthy and will ensure you leave as a happy customer. I brought my car with the gentle help of Rob and am super thrilled with the awesome deal and beautiful chocolates that came with the purchase! Thanks heaps Rob - you made a somewhat scary experience into a joyful one!

Got a fantastic deal with James in new car sales. Took us for a test drive was very polite and nice. I also negotiated a really good deal which made us happy to not feel like we were getting ripped off as we felt like at another Hyundai dealer. Would be happier if they had the exact car in stock we purchased, still waiting for it they said mid march (purchased January) so hopefully soon we will have it.

The service I received from Used Car Sales Professional - Lance Dixon was excellent; I did not feel rushed or pressured, I was able to take my time with reviewing paperwork, he was friendly, helpful and professional. Edited: After an hiccup with the financial department, I am pleased to say my confidence has been restored. Armando has been polite and professional throughout, and to have had me as a customer during his first week would certainly have been a challenge, and for that he deserves 5 stars alone. I look forward to returning here when my older car is ready for an upgrade

John and the Team at FTG Hyundai are Excellent!! Bought a brand new i30 through them which previously had hail damaged and on delivery date looked like new! They were very accommodating, and even when I needed to change delivery date on my car there were no issues at all. Great doing business with you John!!
