Highly recommend the team out at Ferntree Gully Holden. Big thanks to Andrew and Nathan for helping us with our Colorado purchase. I mean these guys know their stuff, we just told them our budget and what we needed in a vehicle and they gave us a nice array of options. A giant-sized 'thank you' to Daniel Ferguson for his outstanding patience and quiet understanding. Daniel went out of his way to ensure that every need or concern that we had was seriously considered and tactfully addressed, and every possible solution brought to our attention for consideration. An honest man, Daniel does not use slick sales techniques, nor pressure tactics: rather, he listens, he cares, he remembers and follows through, finding solutions where available. During the many hours spent at Ferntree Gully Holden as we test drove the Astra, had our trade-in valued, enjoyed superb coffees and had our questions addressed etc., it was evident that Daniel has the support and backing of the team at Ferntree Gully Holden. We drove away today in our new Holden Astra R+ - very happy, very satisfied!

Patsy at Ferntree Gully Holden was wonderful and I'll be keeping my car in their care. Within 24 hrs of being dropped off, it's problem was found and repaired and the car is better than when I purchased it! Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Lovely group of employees and quick friendly services. Thanks Patsy

The service from Nathan at Ferntree Gully Holden & HSV was fabulous and extremely seamless. The entire process and customer service from Nathan was the best I have received from any dealership and or sale person. Did not feel any pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend Ferntree Gully Holden & HSV to purchase your next HSV vehicle. Even the after sales process was great in relation to the transfer of my HSV into my name with Vicroads so I could complete my number plate swap. Regards Andrew.
