Thank you to all at Ferntree Gully Nissan once again for an easy comfortable buying experience. I bought my first car from you a few months back and James McKenzie was the patient salesman who helped me with my selection. I never felt pressured at any time and Brett Johnston was also a fantastic help. Ray Lu was terrific explaining in detail so i fully understood all the finance details. The experience was so good so when i decided to purchase another car the first person I called was James McKenzie. I wasn't let down. James is a great guy to deal with and once again Brett assisted to close the deal. He went above and beyond the call to offer me a lone car until my new car was ready which was really appreciated. What fantastic service. A huge Thank you to Brett and his team. The next time I need a car I will certainly return I will also be recommending James to everyone I know who wishes to buy a car without feeling pressured and wanting great service. Great place to buy a car. We delt with Scott and he was fantastic never had one issue with him and never felt pressured in to buying the car. Was first place we went to look at a car and never ended up going anywhere else. All the staff there were great and the car I brought I love. Would highly recommend for any buyers out there looking to buy a car to go to fern tree gully Nissan ask for Scott and you will be well looked after.

I just recently purchased a 370z Nismo from Ferntree Gully Nissan. I also have to mention this isn't the closest Nissan to were I live. I was recommended to go to Ferntree Gully Nissan because I was told that the service was the best in Victoria. I didn't believe them, but when I went I didn't expect to be treated like VIP, but I was and I was very surprised. The atmosphere their was so relaxing and tranquil. Jeremy was easy to talk to and he took time to answer all my questions. He also said if I had any questions to feel free and call. The same went for Wayne. Anna was also very helpful with the after market add on. she was a delight to talk to and a great addition to Nissan. I've never been treated this good before and I have been to a lot of different car yards. If I could rate the way I was treated I would have to give them 10 out of 5. Their was no question unanswered.

Brett and John at FTG Nissan were so fantastic to deal with and the whole team were extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I walked away a happy and satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend their services - they are trustworthy, reliable and truly want what is best for their customer. You are in good hands here!

We experience excellent response and service from Ferntree Gully Nissan. Even though we arrived one day after our appointment, they were able to immediately see to the issue on our 8 year old Nissan Pathfinder and had us on the way in under an hour. Well done Ferntree Gully Nissan it's always worth the drive from the country to receive your excellent care.
