Great wine. Don't be intimidated by the wine list and it's 90-odd pages. All staff knew their stuff and could recommend a winner. The food was out of this world. I went in thinking how good can a fancy Vietnamese restaurant be given its rural and $10 Vietnamese is amazing. Absolutely sublime would be the answer.

I was looking for some delicious and substantial Asian food at that time. It turned out I got a wrong purpose. If you are looking for delicious and authentic food, this is obviously not the place. If you are dating or having a formal dinner, it would be great.

The degustation menu and matching wines was the most amazing dining experience I've had in a long time. I loved every bit of it!! Gorgeous food and exciting wines! Go to the website and have a look at the sample menu to get an idea of what you're in for. Sommelier (Jeff/Geoff) is knowledgeable, passionate and has a lovely sense of humour!! Loved my evening here!!

Wow!!! If you haven't visited yet, add it to your bucket-list. The chefs selection with matched wine's is incredible. Such amazing talent in the kitchen and an incredible talent in the sommilier. Someone asked if FermentAsian is suitable for kids. My suggestion would be that if your kids are able to appreciate the incredible skill of both chef and sommelier, or are paying for one of the most amazing meals that you are going to experience in your life. Then yes, FermentAsian is kid friendly, if the above is beyond the current level of your kids, then get a babysitter and indulge yourself. It's worth it, no regrets.

What a gorgeous meal. Had the chef’s selection, all of which was full of flavour and well presented. The betel leaf entree and pork belly mains were 2 highlights. The wine list is impressive and our somellier, Nick, did an excellent job choosing wines to suit us and our food. 11/12 definitely worth a visit. Have a beautiful time!
