After looking around for a good doctor for a couple of years, I was thankful I found this place. Dr Shelley and Dr Antje are the most supportive doctors who genuinely strive to help. Their positivity and can-do attitude struck me right from the start. You also have the benefit of an Integrative approach from Dr Antje which was what lead me here in the first place. Nothing is ever a problem which is refreshing and every time I leave, I feel like I've gotten a step closer to better health. I'm thankful to both of them!
Very rude receptionist every time there’s one or maybe two that are lovely but one of them is absolutely unprofessional!!! Nurse was rude on a couple of occasions as well. They know me very well as I go there at least 1 or 2 times a month
Contrary to the other review, I've found the clinic great. Efficient, friendly - I've never had trouble getting an appointment, and Dr Bongartz has been brilliant.
Have been with SFFD for 9-10years since were in sunnybrae rd always satisfied with quality and consistency of care Highly recommend Dr Bongartz she also sees both my sons now aged 22yrs and 8yrs old, always spot on with treatment I am happy to have Dr Bongartz and SFFD as our primary family medical care Thank u
Negative customer service experience. I would stay away from that clinic at all prices. There are much better options around the north shore.
Stay away from Bogratz!! She is a quack! Very rude, horrible woman who you wouldn't want to trust with your kids. Unprofessional clinic manager who hides mistakes rather than fix them
The receptionist was unprofessional and I was unable get an appointment with my doctor or a nurse.
