Booked to stay in December but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances let them know well before our expected date also been emailing them numerous times about refunds and still haven't gotten a reply I was looking forward to booking a room in the near future but after the communication I don't think I will book with excelsior

great value and peaceful location - so close to everything yet away from the traffic noise and night clubs. The river outlook is also beautiful - they children love playing in the park and fishing off the banks. It is a great choice of apartments for Mooloolaba Beach
