Great friendly staff, above average coffee and a good menu.  Europa tends to attract clientele in the 30 plus age bracket with good value nice food and coffee in a friendly and casual atmosphere.  Unlike lespresso 2 doors away, the building and seating are spacious and provides an excellent environment for business meetings with less likelihood of people being able to overhear everything you say.
