I was very disappointed with my "surrender treatment". I was cold throughout the session. They made me fill out a questionnaire but my therapist either didn't bother reading it or just didn't work by it. They ask how firm you like your massage and what areas you'd like a focus on - both was ignored. Conversation was quite awkward. Again - I requested minimal talking. Massage was poor. Facial was a waste of time. I heard doors banging and kids running around screaming throughout the session. Feet were freezing. Hot stones were way too hot...
I won't be going back for sure!

I took my 14 yr old daughter for a facial and pedicure we were both relaxed and happy with our treatments 
Thank you to Karen (it was her first day) and Rayleen for making it a nice experience for us both.

Ridiculously relaxing experience, dosed off a few times. Thank you (Emily) I hope I have therapist name correct.
