Came to Taupo for a weekend away with my husband and came across the awesome element bar! We were walking past and were brought in by the music! Great atmosphere, the staff were amazing and the drink deals are great! Fair to say we took advantage of the $5 jagerbombs and their $10 cocktail jar!! The DJ was awesome!!
I was very disappointed to be denied entry with an Australian passport. It seemed especially strange since there was no patrons at the time and everywhere else was happy to accept my passport. They missed out on a stag party of 20 people when they were dead at the time. We had a great time at the irish bar across the road instead.
The DJ is a disaster! Always the same beat, terrible transitions between the songs, every spotify playlist will be better. He is not even at the DJ desk...just drinking and talking to his friends at the bar.
what a place!.. Cheap drinks, Great vibes! $2 tacos on tuesdasy and 50c chicken wings on a wednesday! really good night and always a fun crowd. Plus the bar staff are always having fun!

No hand drier or towels in the gents toilets, otherwise fine, good service!!
