I’d like to say thank you for EF.nI stayed Brisbane with EF for five weeks. I had a lot of unforgettable experiences, it was just a short time though. I wanna recommend EF to many people. All of the teachers and the staffs are so kind and friendly that I could have a wonderful time here.
I have studied in EF Brisbane for one month and this is an amazing experience for me. The staffs and teachers are friendly and willing to help you. I am really appreciate for that, especially for teacher Natalya, my consultant Tanya and host mother Ket as well. For teacher Natalya, thank you so much for encouraging me and believing me that I can do anything. Besides, big thanks for Tanya and other EF staffs helped me to deal with my credit card problem. For the host family, I have a good time to stay with Kat and thanks for taking me to the beach as well. I spent a enjoyable time with you, lovely cats and dog.

Students & Host Beware!nEF will credit student's account with EF credit for each review or positive mention they leave on social media, so I would be cynical about all the 5 stars review you're reading here. We have hosted with EF for the last 18 months but changed organisation due to EF's low payment + unfair treatment to students and hosts. The girls I've hosted have mentioned their dissatisfaction to me about the teaching quality, timetable issue, and lack of diversity in the classroom, I encouraged the girls to talk to school admin about it but they admins are dismissive. I'm then SHOCKED when my students tell me how much EF charge them for accommodation, when EF only pay $220 a week to hosts, including all bills and student's meals. In Brisbane, that amount will return you a small profit if you were hosting in 2020 but will not cover rent and food in 2025's cost of living. Which is sadly why I switched organisations. Also note EF can also relocate students with no notice or compensation, but host are expected to give minimum 2 weeks' notice. Originally i was drawn to their branding, being a multinational Swiss organisation. I now understand why they're always advertising for hosts on social media - because their conditions make it difficult for good ones to stay.
