I have been discussing my issue with Lexis English School for over a month. The school asked me for documents related to my husband's surgery, my husband's treatment documents, flight ticket, boarding pass. He viewed my wife's surgery as a compelling and compassionate cause. He said that if I sent the health documents they requested, they would pay the full fee. Even though I sent all the documents they requested, they still do not refund the full tuition fee I paid unjustly. This situation disappointed me. I am so helpless and sad right now. Now that I live in my own country, the school is trying to use this against me. Because the school knows that I returned to my country. The problem I experienced broke my psychology. School has worn me out morally. Please think 1000 times before coming to this school.

Nice facility. They are on the 11 and 12th floors. There are lots of ESL students there. They have nice student lounges.
I came to study from another country, I have been studying at this school for about one month. I express my deep gratitude to everyone who created this institution. I especially want to express my deep gratitude to my teacher Yana - she is a highly professional in her field, she explains everything very intelligibly and clearly. I also thank teacher Greg and other teachers who help me study after classes with Yana, where after the main program I study for one hour. Thank you very much.

The facility itself looks clean. Can’t tell anything about the education service because I only visited this place for IELTS exam. Just writing this that there is an alternative entrance to the building aside from the fancy lobby entrance which requires specific fobs to enter. Would have been nice if I could get a preemptive instruction on this.
If I could give it 0 out of 5 starts, I would. Im embarassed as an australian that these courses can be offered to international students who actually want to learn. My partner is from Europe and found herself involved with lexis, studying or paying loads of money for a diploma in Marketing and "Communication".... What a joke this institution is. The whole service is a racket. A system/service designed to steel money from international students. Basically, it's a transaction for a "student visa" for the ones that want it. For the ones that actually want to learn, too bad... As a designer that's worked in the industry marketing & product for over 20 years and having a bachelor in Visual Communications, I am sickened with the stories and first hand experience I've had listening into Zoom calls with lecturers. The lecturers and school are completely clueless. The students are given horrible, incomplete information and for the most part, left to figure everything out themselves and their lecturers seem to be just as lost and frustrated usually lasting a month or so before disappearing.
Pre-Covid I was studying there and after Covid, the school finished online lessons suddenly and did not refund to me at all just give lesson credit like a voucher valid in a year or something which is useless. Poor air conditioning in the building. Too cold. Might be fixed already I am not sure. Most of teachers are fine and excellent but a very few teachers put me low-prioritised weirdly sometimes or push students their politic preference.
