I would rate TAFE Nil Stars - If you are considering an Associate Degree at TAFE, forget it, TAFE is out dated and a very costly waste of time and money, plus A TAFE Degree is not a University Degree. TAFE standards are below University Standard. Its courses are overpriced, and delivery standards and resources are poor. TAFE overstates what it can deliver, and its complaint process demoralizes students with endless underhanded diversions. Be very careful of TAFE it has very poor standards and once you have paid you will not be refunded even if your course is not completed by TAFE. International Students should avoid this place and seek advice from a real University. TAFE is not run by Academics, it is run by salesman and administrators. A better alternative for an Associate Degree is USQ they have prep courses in Maths B and Physics. USQ have credibility and industry recognition. There courses are higher standard, and taught by professional lecturers and industry specialists. An Associate Degree at TAFE with fee help costs $30,625; An Associate Degree at University with fee help costs $16,200 for a University Degree. TAFE needs to lift its standards and stop charging so much for out dated sub standard courses. Avoid this place. These place is a disgrace. Avoid TAFE.

I wouldn't recommend doing any studies at this campus i heard other campuses are lot better. First of all the timetable changes all the time the teachers are hard to reach out to or make an appointment or even if you do make an appointment they take forever to talk to you. Alot of the teachers from my experience and friend's experience they can be extremely rude and racist. IF YOU DONT WANT TO FAIL BECAUSE OF EITHER THEIR RACISM OR IGNORANCE DO NOT STUDY HERE. This isn't for all teachers but alot of them are. Also they blame you if you dont get into the right course. Even if you double checked with them while enrolling and eveb if they said its the right one but then end up they actually made a mistake and put you into the wrong one. They will blame you they wont even care or accept their mistake and you might end up paying the whole course fee upfront. And these problems happen way too often and they arent bringing in any sort of solution to this which really can be frustrating.

Great venue for Spruke Brisbane's Ukulele Festival in October 2017. Everything is close so close workshop rooms, concert and performing spaces, and great eats all in one place. Accommodation, public transport and close to Brisbane CBD for our festival visitors If the family want a break everything Southbank has to offer with its parklands, movie theaters, restaurants is a quick 5 minute walk away.

Will be asking for a refund of my $100 and studying my Cert 3 in Health Service Assistance with The Mater Hospital. So much more professional, organised and always give the correct infomation. Unlike these guys who were happy to take my $100 and tell me all was sweet to go I just had to wait for a call that never came. After reaching out to them the first staff member to get in touch did nothing but reset my password? I wanted to know if I was going to be contacted regarding starting to study not have my password reset which I thought I’d clearly asked for but apparently not. After calling up to try and get ahold of someone who could comprehend my basic request I was told a whole heap of infomation literally no one, in the month I’ve had $100 sitting with them, bothered to let me know. Now being told I have to pay a heap upfront and they only do particular payment plans as well as I was supposed to bring in ID to a TAFE student services? Would’ve been great to know a month ago before I’d missed orientation and when I’m a week out from class starting. Will be making an effort to drive anyone I know away from this useless organisation. Mater will cost me more but at least I know I’ll actually be enrolled in a class when paying for it.

Timetables are always mixed up, staff are unprofessional and disorganised, most courses are never properly structured beforehand resulting to student drop-outs, formal and informal letter of complaints are never dealt with professionally and the online content on connect is totally overloaded full of outdated information.
