I highly recommend this English course for those who want to prepare for the IELTS exam. First of all, a level determination test is performed to classify correctly. The number of students in the classes is at an ideal level. Work is done once a week in the computer rooms. The exam is held every two weeks, just like the real IELTS exam. Lessons are held for four hours every weekday. It has a large campus and many people work in this institution. In addition to English, there are also many certificate programs. There is a prayer room near conference room entry from outside and the library is very cutennBETH is one of the best English teachers I have ever met. She cares about all the students, remembers their names, and always keeps the lesson lively. She is knowledgeable about many different subjects. She helps us focus our attention with interesting topics when we get bored. Our other teacher, Marjorie, is a good local teacher who is very kind, punctual and a wonderful person. A teacher named Fatima also took our class once, and I want mention her too. Even though she was not a native, her English and teaching skills were very good. Additionally, I would like to thank all the Tafe employees who helped us with whatever we needed.nnDear candidate student, you need well-educated teachers. That is why you should be here.
TAFE Queensland South Bank Campus offers a vibrant learning environment with modern facilities, including spacious classrooms and cutting-edge technology. It's an inviting space for students to thrive.
attended an AMEP class in 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when many people, including myself, were facing extraordinary personal challenges. As a carer for a partner with a disability, I was already under considerable stress. Unfortunately, during this period, I experienced what I believe to be discriminatory and inappropriate behaviour from one of the teachers in the class.nnHis comments caused significant emotional harm and struck at the core of my dignity. When I attempted to address the issue through the Human Rights Commission, the institution TAFE denied any wrongdoing and supported the teacher’s version of events. He gave false explanations and dismissed his words as a “general statement,” which I find unacceptable—especially considering the diversity of the class and the cultural significance of the subject he criticised.nnCultural preferences are subjective, but educators in multicultural environments must take special care not to diminish or invalidate others’ identities. To deny the importance of cultural context is not “general” or neutral—it is harmful.nnAs someone who felt deeply affected not only by the initial incident but also by the institutional denial that followed, I no longer have trust in the institution’s internal processes.nnI speak up not out of bitterness, but because I believe future students deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. My voice may be small, but it is part of a greater effort to ensure these issues are not overlooked.
For my experience, the best part about this institute was the beautiful big sandwiches served by the Vietnamese corner shop with the hot spicy sauce.nnEverything about my Cert IV in Accounting was complete bullshi.nnGo here for the arts, they looked like they we're having a great time, especially the pottery arts.nnSeriously, when this place stuffs you around and you've had enough incompetence, buy a Bahn Mi sandwich from the Vietnamese corner shop. They're that good.
Current student in business studies with love of creative arts. These photos show some of the brilliant work students have displayed.
