TAFE Queensland South Bank Campus offers a vibrant learning environment with modern facilities, including spacious classrooms and cutting-edge technology. It's an inviting space for students to thrive.
I highly recommend this English course for those who want to prepare for the IELTS exam. First of all, a level determination test is performed to classify correctly. The number of students in the classes is at an ideal level. Work is done once a week in the computer rooms. The exam is held every two weeks, just like the real IELTS exam. Lessons are held for four hours every weekday. It has a large campus and many people work in this institution. In addition to English, there are also many certificate programs. There is a prayer room near conference room entry from outside and the library is very cutennBETH is one of the best English teachers I have ever met. She cares about all the students, remembers their names, and always keeps the lesson lively. She is knowledgeable about many different subjects. She helps us focus our attention with interesting topics when we get bored. Our other teacher, Marjorie, is a good local teacher who is very kind, punctual and a wonderful person. A teacher named Fatima also took our class once, and I want mention her too. Even though she was not a native, her English and teaching skills were very good. Additionally, I would like to thank all the Tafe employees who helped us with whatever we needed.nnDear candidate student, you need well-educated teachers. That is why you should be here.
Been there a couple times now to model for students. Good fun.
Really incompetent administration. They failed to withdraw me from the right course because of a course I had successfully withdrawn from earlier that year because they share the same code. They mistook the course for that course despite me being withdrawn from it for months. They obviously failed to look at the details. This is something you should do when several courses share an umbrella code. So when I enrolled in my new course and they still didn't catch the mistake I was enrolled in two full-time courses. When I finally realised and went to them to get it sorted, there was no attempt of an apology made for their big mistake. It seems generally understaffed.nnI had even spoken with teachers about my intention to withdraw that they took me off the roll-call/attendance list but I was still enrolled and being marked on assignments online and no one seemed to double-check or notice.
Did a cert 3 in beauty services and would not recommend. One teacher I had not only could she not teach, she would flat out insult and degrade you in front of the class. Just one example, I got a question on a quiz incorrect and got called autistic in front of the whole class. Since the cert 3 I pursued my studies in the French Beauty Academy and had classmates that had the same problem with the same teacher, I am honestly surprised TAFE is still letting someone like her teach considering all the complaints which says a lot about TAFE. But on the other hand, highly recommend the French Beauty Academy, Im half way through my studies and already landed my dream job thanks to the French. Its been such an amazing supportive school from the teachers to students and not to mention they have more career opportunities for their students as they collaborate with other companies and have workshops, and career expos with employers unlike TAFE.
