Just two niggles. First, when I bought a gazebo, I was told that it came in four parts. When it arrived, I discovered it's actually 20 parts. Bit of a difference. Better staff training needed, I think. I was told that it would take two people one or two hours to construct and erect. Naturally, finding 20 parts, not 4, I was concerned, but my landscaper and his assistant did it in two hours. Second, I was only given the option of very early morning delivery. I think they said 7.30am to 10am. Nothing else was possible. But, after talking to a very helpful lady at Early Settler, they used their local delivery woman who was able to deliver at my convenience and, frankly, if you're paying a big delivery fee, it should be at your convenience and not the driver's. Kudos to the lady who went out of her way to fix this at no additional cost. The gazebo looks fabulous, by the way!

Failed to deliver the furniture on the promised date and no one call to let customer know. When they try to get you buy their product things sound so easy and good but don't actually deliver what promised. I called the store on the date order suppose to be delivered and the store person said it's not in till next week. Didn't even say sorry. A week pass I called back and got advised order is not coming until next year which is another 4 months. It was supposed to be 6 weeks waiting. Very disappointed with the service. Feel like a scam coz they make you pay everything before delivery and you get nothing.

Quality products, let down slightly by the QA on the manufacturers end. The shop staff are amazing though, happy to offer solutions so the customer can receive what they've purchased. Would be 5 star but for some product issues.

Liked the service and range of furniture on show. Got a good deal on a bed frame and indoor plant.
