This Bunnings is fantastic. There are very knowledgeable staff, and over the years have got to know a lot of the regular staff there. Staff go out of their way to help. I wish there was more variety in their tube stock plants. The selection they have is very limited. Vegetable and flower seedlings are decent enough, but they don't seem to keep the seeds stocked enough.

Rudely told by a staff membrt unfet het bteath walking pace! Not saying to can u pls slow down. Then getting told to slow upon exist. Didabled leoplr kmow how to operate their mobility scooters..Muttering under her breath is unprofessional. This was today. Happy slow. I would be sacked talking this way.

They carry the verity but I have found the staff to be unhelpful and rude on several occasions. 1/5 have been helpful while others have had me running around to get others to help me find information or to deal with issues.

The help inside was great I've always been happy wirh the service....but this time I firgot my phone in the trolly outside......when my parter them rang, we got the runaround, passed from one section to anorher....they all told us that all the trollys had been brought inside..he had specifically explained where the trolly was as well, this was all while I was driving back....I was beside myself, I drove back to find that no!!!!!!....all the trollies were still all out and thank God my phone was still in one of them........I'm truly disappointed

Not as large a range as Waurn Ponds, but still have most of what you need and the parking is less congested!
