Was doing a bit of a Sunday jaunt with my little mate and Dr Morse looked like a good place to 'hydrate' nEven though it was a one n done drop in, I quite liked the feel of the place.nStaff were cool and did more than just pour a beer. Nice when staff are just plain friendly.nLove a pil, err Pilsener .. it was pretty good too, so hydration complete nWould love to have a sesh here nAnd Zip friendly, so another thumbs up there too
Cosy fireplace vibes. Nice lager & great food. As a fried chicken sandwich snob this was one of the best I’ve had. Depth of flavour & the complexity was next level, everything was spot on. Do yourself a flavour and try it, you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely go back and try more of the menu.
Lovely, spacious courtyard with a retractable roof and heaters that kept us warm under the rain ! Highly accommodating staff and functions manager. Great vibes and yum appetizers! Will come again! Can't recommend enough!
The staff here are incredibly lovely, they assisted me with my silly requests such as sugar syrup for my coffee. Massive shoutout to George who made the experience way more amazing. The food? All I can say is the brekkie burger and the wagyu beef burger is a must, I love breakfast food and this is an absolute 10/10.nAlso the atmosphere is so spacious, industrial and just chill. Love this place.
Oh no! Dr Morse, you were my go to for veal schnitzel, but no longer. Rather than a thin piece of veal, lovingly crumbed and cooked, I was served up a chunk of meat with flavourless panko crumb that didn’t stick. This was not a veal schnitzel in any traditional sense. I couldn’t eat it.nThe salad didn’t fly either. No peppery rocket - just tasteless green stuff.nMy disappointment is real nI’ll need time to recover before coming back …
