They make the best meals in this little cafe. With an unassuming storefront and incredibly healthy meals, you don't go in expecting much, but the service was so friendly and the food is phenomenal. I had the Mediterranean mushrooms and I can't even begin to tell you how good of a job the chef Shauna did. The meal was big, delicious and wonderfully balanced. I felt like I was indulging myself, even though I was eating healthy! Thanks Shauna and down to earth cafe.

+ Pancakes were delicious and well-priced - It’s ok not to do table service. However you should write it clearly on the board or somewhere noticeable or maybe you could tell me when I walk in. But no, I’ve been completely ignored for 10 minutes and then I asked for the menu and I’ve been coldly given one; there it is: ‘please order and pay at the register’! How was I supposed to know??? Also, a smile and a hello go a long way. Ignoring customers is the worst thing you could do for your business

Friendly and caring staff. Love their efforts to be healthy and help the environment. Several gluten and dairy free options. Would love a bread like gf precinct though-tastier, healthier and free of potato and soy.
