Nice enough staff but don't turn up in a car if it's a busy holiday time as there's virtually no car parking. What parking is available isn't easy to use as the underground car park has been badly designed. We had to park on the road outside the complex and walk down the hill - not a major deal as, luckily, it wasn't raining. They do offer a porter to help with luggage, but I'd still be miffed if my luggage got soaked. Finally there's a small step down into the bathroom which is subtle enough to catch you out each time you walk in! See photo. The shower curtain/bath combo also leads to a wet floor if you have a shower. They need a glass/plastic triangle to close the gap and stop the leak between curtain and bath/wall. The bathroom is a minor annoyance but parking is really the main issue, given the hotel's out of town location. I feel sorry for the staff here.

Reasonable new & clean hotel. Very comfortable room too. 1 min walk to a private like Hilton lake side. 4 restaurants near by. The only down side is it does not has many facilities. Also location is not suitable to customers whom don't have a car.

Rooms are a little small but not claustrophobic at all. Room had a great view of the lake. The hotel area is basically it's own little village with restaurants, store, and bar all in the area. It's on the opposite side of the lake from town but there is a water taxi and free shuttle available. Whenever we tried booking the shuttle it was always full however. Over all this place is great.

Great place to stay. Free shuttle service to queens town and also has a water taxi nearby. The water taxi was cheaper than a taxi to get to Queenstown. Some of the rooms have great views of the water. This is located to other Hilton properties and share restaurants and bars. If you don't have gold status the breakfast is pricy. Rooms are cool but some have two twins instead of a queen/king. We ended up moving the beds together.

Very nice place. Rooms and facilietes are Perfect. I loved the cinema at the 1 floor. Staff is Great and very kind.
