Very good hotel to stay. All amenities available. Big clean rooms. Accommodating staff. Perfect. Absolute recommendation. Only (minor) disadvantage: located far from city centre next to airport; need to use public transportation for visit to Queenstown (bus stop next to hotel).

Arrived Christmas hotel wasn't ready restaurant wasn't ready. Worst part as everything is closed and they know it so they had nothing but UHT milk in single serves in fridge. Staff promised it would be ready but to not even have a basic basket and pay top dollar. Never again. Other privately run hotels offer much much more. Typical of a large company that really doesn't care at all. Good place for business flyovers but who does that in Queenstown.

Great value for money hotel. We got a studio room and I was very impressed with the quality. The views are also amazing if you can get a room facing the mountains. I would recommend requesting rooms 217 or 218 if you are getting a studio, as these have the views!! It is a short 20 min ride to Queenstown city, this accommodation however would not be appropriate if you do not have a car and wish to check out the beautiful city.

The hotel is part of a new development within Frankton just outside Queenstown. There's a great bus link into Queenstown itself which runs every 15 minutes all day and takes about 25 minutes. The hotel itself is brand new and has everything you need. There is a fully fitted kitchen and the rooms even have a washer dryer. There are great views of the Remarkables and the rooms are spacious and very well finished. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Queenstown.

We arrived after 9 o'clock and the front desk was closed so we had to access a lock box to get keys to our rooms that would also unlock the front doors. It was a little confusing but we made it in just fine. The rooms are nice sized with a full kitchen with 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator, and kitchenware. There is a nice living space, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom that includes washer and dryer. Our stay was very comfortable and the location is extremely convenient to the Queenstown airport.
