We stayed one night and it was really nice. Very clean rooms. Great view during the all season. Recommend to anyone. Will definitely go again when we visit next time in Queenstown.
It was a great short stay for two nights unfortunately the AC wasn't working so when I arrived at my room around 9 pm late check in was very warm and stuffy. I asked the staff in the morning about it and it was a known issue on that side of the hotel which is fine but I would have loved a heads up : they did offer me a heater or fan although with next to no fresh air coming in I don't believe it would help so I declined.
Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Easy check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Great views. Bit expensive but everywhere is no matter where you stay.nDefinitely recommend staying here when in Queenstown.
Not in the town centre but near the airport. Suburb with a hotel stayed in a large self-contained had a kitchen washing machine etc. Although it was set up for a wheelchair funny Bathroom but large
We had a two bedroom unit, it was very spacious. We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. I liked the idea of having a washing machine and a dryer, would be great for longer stays.
