Lovely stay at a fine DoubleTree. Had a great room with views overlooking Hobart and Mount Wellington. Loved the bar and the fact they serve 6 varieties of tap beer. Good selection of Tasmanian craft beer that you can purchase and take back to your room. Staff are laid-back and friendly. Buffet has all that you need for a good breakfast.nFinally - love the SkyBus service from outside the hotel. $22 to the airport.
We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hobart for 6 days and absolutely loved our experience! The hotel was spotless — every time we came back, our room was perfectly clean and tidy, which made it feel like coming home. The location couldn’t be better, close to shops, cafes, and all the main attractions in Hobart. And of course, we loved the signature warm cookie on arrival — such a nice touch! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hobart.
This hotel definitely takes pride of their service and professionalism. Check in and out was super easy, friendly staff. Yummy warm cookie on arrival that made you feel very welcomed. I haven’t heard of a hotel doing that in Tasmania.nnRooms were good just an everyday room but can’t complain when you don’t spend much time there anyways. Beds were comfy, shower was good. Pool and amenities were great.nnBuffet breakfast was delicious and one of the best I’ve been to.
Great hotel with very welcoming, friendly staff. Id recommend the breakfast as part of the stay, and the indoor pool is a hit with the kids. Very close to city centre and street parking available. The warm chocolate biscuit on arrival is amazing! Recommend this stay!
My friends and I had a great stay, the rooms are spacious and have all the comforts you’d expect to feel at home.nBreakfast was really good, lots to choose from. My only comment here would be is that the coffee machine is quite slow, this meant waiting to get my hot water for tea took a long time as others were having multiple coffees to fill a mug.nThe staff were friendly and attentivenWould I stay again, yes I would and I would recommend the hotel to my clients and friends
