During our recent 4-day stay at the hotel, we were impressed the service , from the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, making us feel welcome right away.nThe housemen were impressive, responding to any of our needs immediately.nThe breakfast experience was another highlight of our stay. The staff in the breakfast area were exceptional, always greeting us with bright smiles.nThe location is perfect too, its near to all restaurant and shopping centre. Its new hotel so everything is new in the room and clean!nOverall, we had a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
Stayed for the first time for 3 days and 2 nights at Double Tree by Hilton Hobart and I must say I enjoyed our stay.nLocation is great, walking distance to the marina, restaurants and shops. Reception was friendly and staff very efficient. Deluxe room was a little bit small but we had a great view on level 6 with the full length glass window so this was much appreciated. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we were very well rested after a day’s worth of exploring. I was a little bit worried about parking but we were able to park on the premises for $35Aud per day. There’s a pool and sauna as well if you feel like a swim or soak. Overall happy with my stay. The cookies were good too! Thank you Double Tree and hope to see you again soon.
We had a very enjoyable stay, great friendly staff and room was spacious & very clean. Bed was luxurious with great selection of different pillows.nSpecial thanks for the exceptional service provided by Reuben at the concierge. Reuben was super helpful & caring. In addition, we really appreciate Reuben in providing significant hints & tips for travelling in Tasmania.nWe would definitely come back soon.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Hobart during our holiday to Tasmania! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness, especially as a family with kids.nnThe kitchen team deserves a special mention—they truly went above and beyond to meet our vegetarian dietary needs. Not only were they attentive to our requests, but they also created delicious, specially prepared meals for us throughout our stay.nnI highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton, Hobart to anyone looking for exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a truly great experience—especially for families!
A great place to stay when exploring Hobart!nOur family of four loved our time at the Hilton. We were blown away by the friendly service! The staff at the front desk through to room service were all warm, welcoming and helpful. The warm, homemade cookies upon our arrival and departure were such a BEAUTIFUL touch.nnWe found our dbl Queen room to be quite comfortable. It was close quarters, but comfortable quarters. No where near close enough to feel like a tin of sardines. The room and bathroom was modern with everything we needed - comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, clean fluffy towels, hair dryer, plenty of space for our luggage and beautiful views of the city.nnThe pool and sauna were highlights of our stay! The kids could have lived in the pool for hours.nnCar parking on site made life so much easier, although it was $35 a day. However, it was one less thing to worry about compared to trying to secure appropriate street parking.nnWe loved the proximity of the hotel to cafes and waterfront. It was lovely to go for a morning walk around the city!nnOverall, we’d highly recommend the Hilton and can’t wait to stay again!
