Stayed here for two nights recently in a family room. The hotel was nice and modern in a great location. Parking is very expensive at $35 per night, but worth it to know your car is safe and secure. The buffet breakfast was so nice, in fact it was so good the Prime Minister was there as well. The location was good and the pool and sauna were a great extra addition. All in all very happy with my stay.
The room are clean and location is good, we got warm cookies when checking in to the hotel. It was a good experience for a couple days until one of the staff member Bishal messaged us that we were banging against the wall. After read the message, i was just wondering how come we were banging the wall while the position of the bed didn’t face the wall. We didn’t bring little kids too. Please think twice to stay in this hotel again.
Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is great and there is ample roadside parking.nRooms are sufficiently big but I think housekeeping could have been better. When we checked in, the toilet bowl didn’t look very clean. There was also some dirt on the bathroom floor. We also found something that looked like a peanut next to the bed.
Very nice hotel in a great location, comfortable room if a little small and in need of a refresh, great staff on the front desk. While the food in the restaurant was great, the service was underwhelming - long waits to be shown to a table, and servers who could have been more attentive.nIn terms of amenities, the pool was a nice touch, but it was disappointing not to have a spa available in the pool space, especially as the temperature in Hobart is perfect for a hot soak. But other than these small things, it was a great stay and I'd gladly stay there again when I'm next in Hobart.
Lovely hotel. Fabulous, friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't speak more highly of their dedication to making your stay comfortable.nThe location is just out of the main parts of the city, but you can easily walk to everything. Or drive if you are going out of the city. There is secure parking. Highly recommend. Our rooms overlooked Mt Wellington. What a treat each morning.
