Terrible quality & bad customer service!nnOrdered for a 9 pm pick-up, and reached the store at 8:57 the order was ready and handed over to me, who knows how long it was sitting in the warmer.nnI asked the staff, how my order was ready before the pick-up time, and he said the order just come out, however, by the time I reached home everything was cold and soggy. I did use an insulated bag to transport my order and I live only 2 minutes away from the store.nnSee the pictures of cheesy garlic bread, barely any cheese and when I asked the staff named Jarrett, he said I did put the correct amount but it didn't cover the entire bread.nnUpon my last visit, they gave me a drink that had no fizz, which must have been dropped or a bad batch, I didn't complain but I mentioned it to the guy today upon my visit but he didn't care he said maybe someone dropped it, sorry.nnTerrible terrible customer service & the quality of food is even worse.nnI would never go back to this store andnnWouldn't recommend anyone either.nnHolmview Domino's is still better than these guys, it's a bit far but never had any issues with them.
Easy to navigate the website. Delicious, fresh and hot food was delivered. Delivery was quick and before the estimated arrival. Couldn’t fault our experience. I have ordered a few times recently and all orders have been on point. Loving the regular changes to their menu too. We have ordered more with Domino’s because of the variety. Kudos to the Windaroo team with their consistent quality levels.
Crust was over an inch wide , toppings were as thin as my hairline . I don’t know what happened to that place but the quality of pizza has really dropped significantly. I’ll drive ten minutes further to Pizza Hut next time cheers .
Ordered online,they forgot my order!.n2hrs laters still no order.nI had to drive there and they didn’t seem to care or apologised.nMy little one was so hungry.nI thought to myself wow!nAll these people were coming then getting their order while I was standing there with a child.nRacism is real!nIf I were white person,they would be apologising and giving me the order quickly but bcos I’m an African,there were like oh well!.nThose Indians were so rude!nI got my order an hr later
Pathetic. Please do not burden yourself with this disgusting store. The quality of the food is so poor, starving children would refuse this. They love serving charcoal pizza and garlic bread. If it isn't burnt to all hell, they'll drown the pizza in so much sauce, it's now a soup. Please save yourself, family and friends from this place. Domino's windaroo deserves to be shut down and replace by anything else, please.
