I was extremely disappointed. I should have taken the low ratings more seriously, but I made the mistake of thinking that one McDonald’s wouldn’t be much different from another. The tables were covered in trash, making it difficult to find a place to sit, and the card machine ran out of receipt paper, so I had to waste a long time just to get a single drink. The staff were neither friendly nor efficient, and even though they were aware of the situation, it took an unreasonably long time before anything was resolved. I won’t be coming back, and I sincerely hope others don’t make the same mistake of visiting this location.nnThese photos are only a fraction of what I saw, of course.

I’ve visited McDonald’s Beenleigh a few times now, and while it gets the job done, the experience can be hit or miss depending on when you go.nnThe staff are usually quite friendly—especially in the mornings. I’ve had a few cheerful greetings and even some friendly banter, which is always a nice surprise at a fast-food stop. It gives the place a more positive vibe compared to other locations nearby.nnThe food is mostly what you’d expect from Macca’s—consistent enough, but not without its issues. Sometimes the fries are fresh and crispy, and other times they’re cold and oversalted. Same goes for the burgers. I once got a Big Mac with barely any lettuce and no pickles, even though I specifically asked for extra. But on another visit, everything was perfectly done, so it seems to depend on who’s in the kitchen.nnDrive-thru is usually fast, but I’ve had a few delays where I had to park and wait, even for small orders. Not a deal-breaker, but annoying if you’re in a rush. Also, make sure to double-check your bag—missing items seem to happen a little too often here.nnInside the restaurant, it’s generally clean and there’s plenty of seating. I wouldn’t call it a relaxing place to dine, but it’s good for a quick bite or coffee on the go. Speaking of coffee, theirs is actually decent for a fast-food chain!nnOverall, McDonald’s Beenleigh is okay. It’s convenient and has friendly staff, but there’s room for improvement—especially when it comes to accuracy and consistency. Still, if you’re passing through Beenleigh and craving Macca’s, it’ll probably do the trick.
Absolutely the worst Quarter pounders ever. I ordered my son and I one each as we were in a rush, food took over 10 mins to be made and hoping the wait would mean its the freshesr burger ever...I was to be severely and possibly irretrievably dissapointed. The Patty was 50 shades of Charcoal with just a hint of beef and the bun was at best stale. I would probably have enjoyed eating the cardboard box that it comes in, and probably still have had better nutritional value, taste and presentation. I would love to say it was a one off but my sons burger was exactly the same and both ended up in the bin where they belonged. The inside of store however was pretty clean, and had most of the SS kiosks working.
My family went to lunch, we used the offer, 2 burgers small chips one drink for $6.00. Great value for sure. No cashers at desk. Drive through got all the customer service, those ordering on sreen in side were not spoken to or even acknowledge at any stage. Tables were dirty even the toilets.
