Bought from here tonight, got the family pack B $47 and they charged us $55 partner went to pick it up and he didn't know it was only meant to be $47 beef and black bean was not nice at all, I litspat it out and had more onion than it did beef. Spring rolls just full of mince, honey chicken is good though. Sweet and sour sauce is also not nice at all, tastes off. Won't be a returning customer.
Was really looking forward to having Chinese for dinner. Now I'm really disappointed. Beef and black bean tasted nothing like it way to many vegetables. And the sweet and sour pork was over cooked and dry. As for the sauce it comes in a separate dish which spilt everywhere. No happy and will never eat there again
We ordered Family Pack A. The most disgusting food we have ever attempted to eat. Had to throw it away and have a toasted sandwich. Chicken had a burnt flavour and other food was undercooked. Veggies seemed very old and almost bad. NEVER again
If I could give zero stars that would be my rating. Last night's dinner was disgusting. I've had bad Chinese but this was off the charts. Sweet and sour pork was chunky batter with OMG I don't even know and the sauce was watered down tomato sauce with a few chunks of pineapple. Never been here before and will never be back. Went in the bin.
Called and asked for crispy skin duck with peaking sauce, was told yes. We order the food, got battered duck, with more batter than duck, and sweet and sour sauce. The food quality in Beenleigh is simply unacceptable. Finally had enough, next time we'll will just go up to Sunny Bank or Daisy Hill
I am sad to say that the food we purchased from here last night for a family dinner for my husbands birthday, 10 of us, was not even a bit up to standard. We have been coming to this Chinese takeaway for 20 years plus and have never had anything so bad!! I ignored the recent bad reviews and wasted over $100. As per previous reviews I agree with them all. The original owners made amazing Chinese but unfortunately the new owners do not even come anywhere close. The food was tasteless, overcooked sweet and sour pork with next to know pork, spring rolls were only thick pastry stuff not rice paper with next to no filling, the beef in black bean sauce was inedible, fried rice was awful, etc. Will not be going back.
Ordered fried rice for 6pm. Arrived and they thought it was for 6.30 but still had it ready to go so not very. Fried rice was bland and boring, literally just rice onion and a tiny bit of some kind of meat and a couple of shrimp.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here because my kids and I have never had any issues with this restaurant. We would order takeaway from them about once every month or so, and the food is always tasty. Even to this day when my wife doesn't cook, they are literally the go-to option for dinner.
My partner and I just got the family menu b and it was great. We where originally going to noodle box and after looking at how much it was for how little it is not only great bang for your buck but the food was fantastic and they were really nice gave us a few bag of prawn crackers
