After eating at this kfc in Beenleigh I had to re-evaluate my life choices. I already came here to early their dry chips and cardboard flavoured chicken. I thought I’d give them another chance. But NO th is chicken ruined my day2 other boys approved of my opinion
Went through aboit 430. At this time I asked if the chips were fresh. I was told yes only been out a minute. This was a lie. I then asked for pepper mayo and extra mayo on each burger. Which was clearly a joke to them to add some.nFor 35 dollars for a burger box its not hard to do a simple job.
I order a zinger twister wrap meal on 14 February removing the corn chips and paying for extra slaw and bacon. This is what I received it was incredible dry and stale it was breaking apart just from opening it. There was only one small slice of chicken and none of the extras I paid for. I made a complaint incident number 4283279 and no one has rectified it. I am very disappointed.
I got a crunch wrap meal and nuggets. The drink was missing as well as the dipping sauce. The crunch wrap was missing the half of the crumb and the chips were undercooked. Also the nuggets were thrown in the bottom of the combo box instead of there own bag
Very very bad experience. Today I went to drive Through and the one girl who took the order was very bad behaviour, I've ordered a box meal and she asked me to wait in the car park for 10 minutes. So I was there for 15 -20 minutes and no one came. So I drove again through and this time she told me someone waiting outside with my food just now. So I drove again to the car park. No one at the park. Then one girl came with food but it was someone else and I asked her where is my food and she had no Idea. Again I go through the drive-through and The girl who first talks to me informs me to go to the second counter and collect my food. It almost more than 30 minutes for just a single box and popcorn chicken. All working girls look very young and they don't even think about customers.nDisappointed.
