After eating at this kfc in Beenleigh I had to re-evaluate my life choices. I already came here to early their dry chips and cardboard flavoured chicken. I thought I’d give them another chance. But NO th is chicken ruined my day2 other boys approved of my opinion
Was spoken so rudely from a staff member who called herself Christina. We asked if someone could clean our table as alot of tables were filthy. My son was told they will do it after we leave. I ask my son to go ask for a cloth and she said no. I then went up and asked for someone to clean it and also received the same attitude. Finally after a few minutes she came to the table and had spoke again to us rudely. I will not be dining here again! Never have I been so rudely spoken to at a family restaurant.
The cleanliness is non existent, the rest room was disgusting, not given any serviettes. I believe the staff need better training. However the food was good but nervous to eat it due to the state of the place
KFC beenleigh is the worst out there. Ordered a popcorn chicken go bucket through drive-thru and when I got home to eat it, it was only 1/2 full with day old cold chips and dry chicken. It was not edible and this was purchased at 6:30pm on a weekend, which should have been peak hour for freshness. I didn't have the energy to go back to complain but wouldn't want to get a replacement anyway. Absolute disgrace. It's not the first time but definitely the last. I will never go back and don't recommend anyone go there. Never had an issue at Bethania or Eagleby KFC.
Prefer a 3 piece feed & got the driest over cooked chicken. A dried up leg, a dryer up wing & what resembled a breast piece but was too dry to eat. Chips were not fresh. Time & time again I've been dissatisfied with your meal. No wonder anyone I talk too goes to Eagleby. KFC.
