Domino Pizza Wheelers Hill Visited on 7/8/2022 Years ago I had some gourmet pizza from another Domino near by. They were great then. It has been a long time and I like to give it a go. The shop us not very busy, but I can see from the display screen that several custoner orders are ahead of me despite their absence. It have no idea what to order, the term used for the size of pizzas. I just leave it to the young man to order a medium size vegetarian for me. He is ery patient and helpful. The staff alerts me that there is a surcharge for weekend. Unfortunately, it seems most eaterues are applyin 10% surcharge. I wonder this is governmenf approvec. Well, what can I say except to let my stomach be the judge. Hu ger wins, and I submit to the extra payment. The Pizza base us not the crusty or crispy type. It is soft. The topping is fairly generous, including some black olives. I do not like the olives, because they are rather sift and tasted a bit "bitter". I doubt this should not be the case.
Being a local pizza place whenever my family want pizza we go here. Not sure if it’s new management or staff however every time I go here I get the same pizza and EVERYTIME they get it wrong, I can understand we are all human and once or twice I can forgive and forgot HOWEVER every time since January of this year, I’m have to ring up and state the same issue wrong with my pizza. I have to pick up my pizza as I don’t trust delivery, as the same issue will be there when stating the same words every time, you forgot to add spring onion to my pizza it’s always an eye roll for them to correct the mistake they made. How hard is it to read an order and add spring onion. Like I side once or twice every now and then however every time. I have to question if you have people who can read working there!
Definitely recommend the store! It’s under new management so I was told by the manager last time I rang the store, to say “thank you for your service”. It was the exactly the same service as this time too! I also was hoping it wouldn’t disappoint like it has previously in the last few years. — — — Delivery service via the app: — Fabulous service! Didn’t need to wait long at all! Estimated delivery time said: “30-35 mins” and that was spot on! Everything was still hot and looked very appetising! Thank you so much, Wheelers Hill Domino’s, for not disappointing! Bravo!!! Keep up the fantastic work and efforts!!
Was my go to dominos! Pizza is always so nice but lately I’ve been doing delivery orders and my pizza comes wrong all the time still decent pizza though
I didn't go to previous owners. NEW OWNERS: Honest amount of toppings, fresh taste, prompt service by lady that reminds me of Nancy Wheeler from Stranger Things tv series. Keep it up. I'll keep coming to this store. 1 thing to improve: Please play music mixes in store motivates staff & relaxes clients. I ordered my crazy mix VEGORAMA PIZZA WITH PEPERONI and I got what I wanted with honest amount of toppings. Warning: If the service goes down in future I will go elsewhere, thats what I did just last week to Lysterfield store, used to be good, now they cheat. So Wheelers Hill store keep up the good work.
They went above and beyond to provide a service for a very special occasion. Thank you, Dominos you made my day with how flexible and accommodating you were to my special requirements. Plus a super yummy pizza!!!!!!
Pizza was undercooked and cold. Please don't buy from here! The ingredients are poor quality even when you pay for the premium pizzas. Got my order wrong twice and forgot an item, please buy from the store nearby which actually has a good quality. The management has changed multiple times since I first bought here and that should've been an indicator of the representation of the store. I've been a long time customer here and I've had enough.
Havnt ordered from here for a long time. Now I remember why!! Ordered delivery which came on time. One of the pizzas Vegorama was made wrong with jalapeño & pineapple and no kalamata olives!?!! so I called to get a replacement pizza which they sent. Before the delivery man left I checked the pizza and again it was the same wrong pizza! I gave it back to the delivery guy who said he’d inform the store. I decided to call back…. Phone line was down. My husband went to the store with the first wrong pizza. The worker wasn’t aware that the 2nd pizza is wrong and with their driver somewhere. He ‘remade’ the Vegorama which I tried to order, but has added pineapple!?!? Yeah, so…… don’t know why we did that…. Won’t be going back there again!!! ‍
Staff very friendly, but, pizza is getting smaller and toppings were dismal. I paid nearly $30 for 2 pizza, garlic bread and a drink. Won't ever go backFood: 1/5
Ordered 2 pizza from here. Firebreather pizza had almost no meat, a few small pcs of tomato and onion and few pcs of green chilli. Tasteless dry sorry excuse of a pizza.
