Probably one of the best fish and chips you can get around the area.nThe fry was amazing, not greasy at all and stayed crispy throughout the time we were eating it.nFish tasted great and the chips were good too.nThey also let you buy lemons too!nArea was clean and nice and had no smell of grease too so it's actually pleasant to eat inside if you prefer.nService was great too, you can see how beautifully presented the plating was!
Best fish and chips we have ever had. Super fresh fish, shrimp cooked fried or grilled. All done to perfection. King George Whiting was our favourite. We had a second order of King George Whiting, grilled prawns, crumbled prawns, fried prawns, scallops to add more to our plates because we enjoyed the first order so much. Very reasonable prices, low for this level of quality. We visited when it was raining so was pleasantly delighted to find it quiet.
It's been a few years since I've been here last. It's changed a few owners since then. Since our local place was closed for the Christmas break, I decided to back and check it out as the Mrs had gotten sick a few times from the previous owner. From first looking at the food before eating, I first thought they need to change the Oil as the colour was tooo dark. The food average. We had bought a grilled fish souvlaki for the Mrs, she advised C that there was only sauce based at the end of it and not all the way through, mum and I had a grill flake and a fried flake. We also ordered sweet potato chips but there was not really slot of them, a couple of potato cakes and steamed & fried dimsims. We were dissapointed at the end of it.
Got flake, chips, hamburger, potato cakes and scallops and we were very impressed with the crispness and quality. Have had sushi in the past which was also good. Keep up the great service.
Chips are moist inside and crunchy outside. Kid love the tasty gummy shark. Staff are super friendly. Definitely love to come back regularly.
