I goofed up! I hadn't had Sarpino's in a couple months just because I'm trying to eat healthier in the past few months, but I started daydreaming of Beyond Meat sausage and Field Roast pepperoni pizza. I ignored it for a day or two and finally gave in. I ordered a Sarpino's pizza a couple of days ago, and it was so delicious that I ordered one again via phone tonight. Any time I used to order their pizza before, I'd always do it on my computer. But I wasn't at home yet and decided to order ahead of time. I have no clue why, but my phone did not recognize my location, which is MUCH closer to the Evanston location than the Albany Park location. Even though I was signed in and have only ever ordered from Evanston, the order went here anyway. By the time I got home, I was wondering why the delivery person wasn't here soon after. Thirty minutes later, I called and realized it was my fault. Still, the manager? didn't cancel my order and just told me it would take a little longer for the delivery guy to get here. I'd already tipped the delivery driver via the original order and apologized in person. The delivery guy was super nice and chatty, and I was relieved he wasn't grumpy after traveling outside of their routing area. The vegetarian pizza was good per usual. Thanks so much for your patience and flexibility.
One of the best pizza places in Chicago. Open 24 hours a day and has so many different types of pizzas and calzones. Can even customize your own. I recommend trying the Veggie Pizza. Its loaded with mushrooms, onions, fresh tomatos, bell peppers, black olives and mozarella cheese. I am a big meat eater but its one of the best pizzas you will ever have in the city of Chicago.
My first time trying Sarpino’s. The food here is delicious! I ordered the lasagna which was good and saucy. The personal cheese pizza was phenomenal. And the double cheesy bread was just as amazing. Not to mention they gave me an extra order of cheese bread! Will definitely order from here regularly. I didn’t get the chipotle ranch dipping sauce I ordered but I did get tons of marinara which was just as good. And they prepared my food as I requested.
This pizza place is okay. It was one of the few restaurants open late in the area. The worker wasn't the friendliest or most welcoming. I asked for the pizza to be well done, but it wasn't. They charged $1 extra for each container of sauce like ranch.
Horrible customer experience! I placed an online order early morning to make sure everything will be placed and process accordingly. I was super excited and try their so called specialty pizza which included Pesto veggie pizza that I ordered. We went to pick it up at around 7:13 pm. And nobody even assisted us at the cashier as they were too busy..When I finally got the chance to get assistance I asked for my Pesto vegetarian pizza and cashier lady said oh we do not have that placed what you order was Vegetarian pizza. I rebutted and told her exactly what I ordered that they made a clear mistake even showed her my email confirmation showing what I ordered. She just brushed me off and just said that if you can wait 10 minutes so we can get your order, I refused since it’s late and amole time was given to make the order right the first time! Oh and for pick up they did not even provide packet of pepper flakes and parmesan cheese, they just handed me the box of the flap pizza! Side note pizza is doughy with dices slices of vegetables... Just an update after calling and raising my concern with Slice they called Sarpino’s on my behalf.. I got some discount so today I placed an order for Pesto vegetarian pizza. Pizza was doughy, lacks the crunchy crust and as I arrived to pick up my pizza it’s already cold. Plus pizza didn’t really have the pesto sauce and taste, and just smothered it with cheese and few tiny pieces of bell peppers few sun dried tomatoes and basil leaves.. At this point I’m not sure about ordering pizza from them.
I have been ordering at this location for a few years now and have never had any issues , but today I ordered a cheesy breadsticks and when I got home and opened the box to notice that the order didn't look like it usually does. We tried it anyway but the cheese didn't seem to have melted properly or something but it tasted weird so I called the store and told the guy Juan the issue he off the back told me it's the same thing we make everyday and nothing is wrong with it without even trying to see the issue. I never expected to be treated this way from a place I have been ordering for years.
Very rude staff… talked to some manager called and I Im assuming. Very unprofessional called to cancel my order since I ordered it at the wrong location manager was very very rude about it. I’m very very disappointed. Got hung up as I was talking…very rude for being a manager. Was not understanding. The what so called manager couldn’t even give me his name because he was going to void my check. He refused on giving me his name but still texted me the picture of the check being voided? I’m very very upset and I definitely do not plan on going there any time soon
I brought home a carry out cheese pizza only to discover the pizza was burnt. It looked like a cheap Jack’s oven pizza. I called to request a delivery to replace the $15 pizza, and was told they cannot deliver. I asked them if I could pick up the replacement, I was told next time I need to check the pizza before I leave because they are very busy….he spoke very rude. I’ve been going to this location for years and never had this issue before. They agreed to replace the burnt pizza eventually but I will not be returning to this location.
Very bed experience manager name Juan it was unprofessional to answer calls for costumers we spend money and make bussines groelw up in not going to order never ever any more very bed
10 minutes and the pizza is ready. Better pizza then domino’s and they stay open until 2 am.
