I had the worst weekend.   I had to take my son back to Carrum Downs.   Stopped for a coffee and hashbrown.   Got back on the freeway - took a mouthful of my coffee - It had sugar in it - I was so pissed off!!!  Couldn't turn back, so I dropped my son off.   By this stage I was in tears - not because of the coffee - but that was the final straw.   Stopped at the Northbound Maccas - The girl there was so lovely.  Just made me another coffee - told me to have a nice day and also gave me your phone number - tried several times to call - it just rang out.   Poor Customer Service Southbound  -   Northbound are excellent!!!

Ordered English muffin with jam. Waited 10 minutes.  Got dry muffin. No jam. Asked for the jam. They took back muffin.  Another 10 minutes. I had to ask how long it takes to add jam to muffin. Eventually I got muffin with a drop of jam.  Left in on their counter n went to KFC. 2 minutes later had a nice zinger.

Ambience was delightful, captured the feel of the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives reminding us to take a moment every now and then to stop and smell the petrol.

What can you say, a McDonald's is a McDonald's! Some have better service and fresher food but this one was okay
