Absolutely worse KFC you could find. Order box of chicken pieces are all so tiny. Chicken is constantly dry, or reheated that much it is almost inedible. As for the staff they all look about 14 and have no idea what customer service is. They are rude 90% of the time and will look at you in the eye and say your order is fresh when it clearly is not. Chips are usually cold. Been going to this store for years because it is convenient but it has deteriorated to the point of it cannot get any worse. The KFC at The Glen and Springvale are just so much better, food is good staff are pleasant. Well worth the extra few minutes. Asked young person at window if my order was fresh as it had not been last week. He said just cooked I asked are you sure, he said yes. When I opened the order it was clearly very dry. We managed to eat 3 drumsticks which were ok. I rang the store spoke to someone who told me to bring food back. As if I was going to do that late Friday afternoon. That will be the last time we buy anything at KFC Brandon Park.nThe pics show where we went to eat the piece but was simply so dry and tough. The breast piece was so small I thought it was a wing. Please do not offer to contact you and you will make it up as you do to other reviews the food is so bad we do not want any more.

Best KFC in the area by far and much better than KFC Springvale which has really gone downhill the past few years!nn90% of my experiences at this KFC have been great; the order is made accurately and the food is normally piping hot which is actually really surprising!. Even when I’ve come at 9:30 pm which is 30 minutes before their closing time on weekdays the food tastes like it’s been freshly made! Management here as well as the workers clearly have really good heads on their shoulders and actually care about their work, which is something that seems to be becoming rarer these days.nnService is efficient and friendly, most of the time they put the napkins in the bag although they could put the receipt in the bag too as they don’t about 60-70% of the time. Sometimes the Crunchy Jalapeño Slaw Bowl is filled really poorly like 1/2 to 2/3 full and the chips are broken on purpose, it would be good if more care could be put into that food item for consistency.nnIf you guys were open later into the night I’m sure you’d still have customers, I’d visit that’s for sure! Can’t wait for my next visit where I’ll be taking advantage of the $1 Wicked Wings again! I you KFC Glen Waverley!
I have been ordering Boxed 3 piece meal for many years and never been dissatisfied. Yesterday I was ready to order through the app, unfortunately the app was out of action so I ordered 2 X 3 piece meal boxes in store. The service was good, however, the chicken pieces were one third of the normal size. If this is the new standard I guess that's it for me, no more KFC.
Nice kfc and very friendly service. Very clean kfc as well. Chicken was not oily. The slaw and everything taste like the USA. They like to dip fries in gravy here. They also have my favorite frozen Mt dew. There are some different sandwiches here, which is cool. First coleslaw I've liked in Australia, so I have a go-to now.
