Their website suggests that the store closes at 10pm, which I’ve had no problem with until the start of 2018 where one employee specifically closes it at 9pm and locks the doors despite the fact no notice for earlier closing times is displayed. This place has gone to hell!!! You are always served by some degenerate that is very obese with tattoos. Last week I went in cause no other place was open late at night and she wasn't just obese with tattoos but also had piecing over her face (ears, nose mouth). I don't want my kids to be exposed to these kind of people! Subway clearly doesn't want a clean professional look in the staff where I advise the Mt Waverley store instead where you are served by a normal professional person!

Have tried ALL Subways in the clayton area and this one blows each out of the water. Each time we have nice staff and clean tables with excellent subs that cant be matched anywhere.
