As a Cantonese myself, in my opinion I think the food is just average overall. Nothing too special or highlights in the food.nnDecor, authentic Yum Cha restaurant set upnnPrice, extremely overpriced, 2 people and paid 120$.nnService, poor. I requested for a new spoon and bowl because it was bit dirty this happened when I just sat down to my table. The waitress was giving me a look with an attitude with my request.nnMy window table was quite dirty as well. I can see dead bugs and dust inside of the window.nnParking, horrible. Pot holes everywhere in their car park.
Been here a few times and never had a bad meal. It can be slow to get some items but it's always so tasty. Best to book although we have also done a walk in and been able to get a table.
Lots of people for the weekend 11am yum cha! Luckily my friend made a prior booking or else you may need to wait for the next slot which is 1pm.nnBest to eat at the emailer slot, as some of their popular food may be sold out. There is a 10% weekend surcharge, so be aware.nnFood is nice, although expensive, I will come back again, as I enjoyed their yum cha.
Typical and traditional Cantonese restaurants, where you get 100% authentic tasty Cantonese food but 50% service. The food was always consistent, hot, and tasty and you can’t resist anything from the menu. But don’t expect too much from service. Most likely they will check your dishes quite often and rush to clean your plates, which is a hint that you should pay the bills and go! However, you still want to go as they cook favorable dishes. So I accept that they deserve arrogance.
Recommended: desserts!! Don’t be tricked by rainbow fruit cups, go with any else desserts , including mango pudding, and other rice pudding, feels smooth on my spoon and really yum.nServices are perfect, and shaomai are delicious too!nKeep on top of the tea restaurant and then will definitely come back again
